The built in mid 2002 condo is located in Windsor Palms, a prestigious place for those interested in comfort, functionality, location, and security. This condo is professionally maintained and cleaned by a local management company that can be reached 24 hours a day.
Windsor Palms is a gated community with resort style amenities including a 7500 square foot clubhouse consisting of a large swimming pool, separate toddler pool and spa, a sundry shop, exercise facilities, a 58 seat movie theater, basketball and tennis courts, and a children's playground. Complementing these amenities is the location which is approximately 3 miles from Orlando's greatest attractions besides Disney World.
The condo is fully equipped high quality products including TV/DVD/VCR, stereo/CD player, dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer, blender, coffee maker etc.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. One guest bedroom has a queen bed. The other guest bedroom has two twin beds. There is a separate bathroom accessible by everyone. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
All sports and leisure facilities at Windsor Palms are included in the price. These include an Olympic size swimming pool, whirlpool spa, tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, children's play area, clubhouse with fitness room, movie theater that seats 58 people, table tennis, 2 pool tables, arcade games and more. All equipment is available to our guests free of charge.
Windsor Palms is ideally located in a quiet area but only 3.5 miles from Disney World and close to Interstate 4 for travel to Universal Studios, Sea World and Busch Gardens. There are many shops, supermarkets and restaurants located on Highway 192 which is a few minutes drive away. There are several championship golf courses close by too.
