DESCRIPTION OF HOME

Our luxury condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 8 guests. The unit is fully air conditioned and is equipped with new furniture and appliances. The kitchen has a cooker, integrated microwave, large refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares. There is also a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.

The lounge features a Cable TV and there is a telephone with free local calls. Long distance and International calls can be made via credit cards or calling cards which are available throughout the area. There is comfortable seating and a full dining table and chairs.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms both have twin beds and there is a second separate bathroom. All 3 bedrooms are beautifully furnished and have a large walk- in storage area. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the lounge. All linens and towels are provided.

There is a screened patio area which is equipped with furniture. The rental price includes all taxes, electricity, cable TV, local telephone calls and the use of linen and towels. We are sorry but for health reasons no pets and no smoking are allowed.
