4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa, sleeps up to 10. It has an upgraded 30ftx15ft private pool with Hot Spa and extended pool deck. A 24 hour manned entrance provides peace of mind. 2 minutes drive away you will find a 24hour supermarket and an extensive choice of quality restaurants to suit all budgets. Our home is furnished to a very high standard. We have 2 Master en-suites which make it perfect for 2 families. One Master has a King size bed, with a Queen size bed in the second. The other two bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each. The lounge overlooks the pool and deck area and features Cable TV/Video, as well as a Playstation2 with several games. The pool area has a covered lanai and 4 cushioned loungers and 6 cushioned chairs are provided for your relaxation. The kitchen has dishwasher, larder fridge with freezer, microwave etc, with the washing machine and tumble dryer located in a separate utility room. Fully air-conditioned, and all Linen/Towels are supplied. In the interests of all of our guests, there are no pets or smoking allowed in the house – you can smoke in the patio area. There are several championship golf courses a short drive away with one golf course within walking distance at Mystic Dunes Golf Course.
