DESCRIPTION OF HOME

Newly built luxury 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home with full air-conditioning and private heated swimming pool situated in one of Central Florida's most sought after residential areas. Ideally situated for full enjoyment of all the major attractions, only 2.5 miles from the entrance to Disney and within walking distance to one of Florida's Championship Golf Courses.

The villa is fully equipped for your stay in Florida and includes all bed linen, bath and hand towels etc. In the utility area there is a full sized washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen is fully furnished with dishwasher, range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker. The pool area has a lovely sunny west facing aspect and is not overlooked at the back.

The spacious villa is tastefully decorated to the highest standard and can offer accommodation for up to 10 people.
